At Into the Whirled Yarn & Fiber Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-dyed treasures. If your order isn't quite what you expected, we accept returns on unused, original-condition items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your yarn or fiber is in its original packaging, including tags and ties, and has not been wound, knit, or drafted.

  Contact Support

  Email our studio team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in a moisture-proof mailer or box to protect the fibers during transit and include a copy of your original packing slip.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees.
